WHAT IS COTTON CANDY COUTURE'S RETURN POLICY?

We here at Cotton Candy Couture take great pleasure in creating wearable eye candy for our customers. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 10 days of purchase date for an exchange or merchandise credit (there are no cash refunds). Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return fees.

Please email our returns department with the following information to obtain a Return Number. Please include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Telephone Number
  • Mailing & Billing addresses
  • Email address
  • Reason for Return
  • Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure.
  • Don't forget to insure your package! This is very important as we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP?

All Cotton Candy Couture packages are shipped via UPS. You will be notified of your tracking number as soon as it is available. Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Please refer to the measurements listed on our products page and our international sizing guide. 



WHO DO I CONTACT IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE ORDERING ONLINE?

Please email our customer service team. Please note that while we we would like to serve you 24/7, our customer service team does need to sleep once in awhile so please be patient with us.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you've placed an order online, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and information on how to track your order.



CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT? 

Once you click the “Confirm” button, your order begins to process and you’re unable to make further changes. If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're more than welcome to exchange it for another item. Please refer to our above returns policy for more information.


GARMENT CARE

We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. Our garments have delicate handwork and should be treated carefully while cleaning per our instructions. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return.
